Verification terms and privacy

Effective 16 August 2026

Draft pending legal review. Prepared by Cherry Hill Advisory and not yet reviewed by counsel. It states our intended position and we will act consistently with it.

What a verification page means

A verification page confirms one thing: that Cherry Hill Advisory issued the credential shown, to the person named, on the date shown, and that the record has the status shown.

It is not a statement that the holder is currently licensed to practice, currently employed anywhere, a member of any professional body, or in good standing with a regulator. It is not a reference, a recommendation, or an assessment of anyone’s current competence. Credentials record something that was true on a date; they do not follow a career.

Continuing education credentials record credit awarded under Cherry Hill Advisory’s NASBA Registry sponsorship. State boards of accountancy have final authority over whether any course is accepted for CPE credit. Quality Certification records relate to an assessment of an internal audit activity, not of an individual.

Cherry Hill Advisory’s own credentials and marks are its own. They are not professional designations, licenses or NASBA credentials, and NASBA does not endorse them.

Relying on a record

Check the record here rather than trusting a screenshot, an image or a PDF you were sent. This site is the record. Anything else is a copy, and a copy can be edited.

We take reasonable care to keep the register accurate, but we do not warrant that every record is free of error. If a record matters to a decision you are making and something about it does not look right, ask us before you act on it.

If you believe a record is inaccurate, or that someone is presenting a credential they were not issued, tell us at credentials@cherryhilladvisory.com. We investigate every report.

Personal information on this site

Credential pages are public and show the holder’s name, the credential, the issue date and its status. That is the point of a public register: a third party has to be able to check a claim without an account. Nothing else about a holder is published here. We do not publish email addresses, employers, scores or assessment content.

We publish this because the holder asked us to issue a shareable credential, and a credential nobody can verify is not one. If you hold a credential and want it withdrawn from public view, write to credentials@cherryhilladvisory.com and we will withdraw it. Note what that means: links you have already shared, including on LinkedIn, will stop resolving to a valid record.

To correct your name or any other detail, write to the same address. We will fix it and the page will update.

Credential URLs are permanent by design, because a link on a CV or a profile has to keep working for years. Withdrawal is the exception to that, and it is available on request.

What this site collects

When you look up a credential we record the identifier searched, whether it was found, the time, and a coarse bucket derived from your IP address. That is used to keep the service up, to rate-limit abuse, and to detect scraping of the register. It is not used to profile you and it is not sold or shared for marketing.

A bot check runs on the lookup form. It is provided by Google and is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms. It exists to stop the register being harvested in bulk.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
